Holiday house with pool in La Punta
The villa Casa Pilar is located at 250 meters over sea level at La Punta de Tijarafe, the mildest climate zone of La Palma. This beautiful and very protected holiday house is located very intimately at the end of a small road. It consists of a house for 4 persons and a house for 2 persons which only are rented out together. Like that you are always alone on the property with tropical garden and swimming pool. Of course if the second house will not be occupied it doesn't have to be paid. The garden is planted with mango trees and sublime palm trees and green grass stretches over the whole property thus each area invites to sunbath and relax in the shade.

Description
The heated pool with the size of 4 x 8 meters is wind and view protected by Tuja hedges and it's accessible from both houses.
The upper house with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons is in each case equipped with one doublebed and 2 singlebeds.
The view out of the windows is either on the ocean or to the tropical garden of the finca. It's a real treat.
In the livingroom there is a three and a two- seat sofa, as a big television with satellite channels, of course also in german.
At the table for 4 persons you can enjoy a good meal just prepared in the kitchen next door unless you prefer to sit outside on the covered terrace with ocean view.
In the well furnished kitchen you will find an oven with a 3 plate ceramic glass hob as well as all the other cooking equipment.
Next to the house is a stone grill, which will be fitted with wood and coal.
The second house is eqquiped similarly which has one bedroom less.
From the livingroom you have a wonderful view on the atlantic ocean and from the bedroom you look to the palmtree garden.
The bathrooms are in each case eqquiped with a shower and towels. A washing machine is also available.

There are no fixed arrivel dates, also you can rent the holiday house e.g. for 12 days or the like!
