The apartment house Los Padres is located at 250 meters above the sea level near the coast at the sunniest spot of La Palma. Here in La Punta the climate is so mild that there are growing the most unusual tropical plants and virtually every day the sun is shining.
From here you can reach within 30 minutes the beach of Tazacorte walking on the official hiking trail. With the car it takes you 15 minutes to Tazacorte and 20 minutes to next bigger city Los Llanos.

Description
The 2 apartments and the studio apartment Los Padres are successfully inserted into a big two-story house. The house in a standalone location near the cliffs belongs to the municipality of Tijarafe.
In the first floor there are the apartments A and B which are furnished with 2 bedrooms (each one double bed and 2 single beds). They offer space for 4 persons. With the sofa beds is even space up to 5 people in each apartment.
The entrances are suitable for disabled people or wheelchair users.
The apartment studio C is smaller and made for 2 - 3 people. This studio has a separate roof terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.
In total groups up to 13 persons are able to spend their holiday in these apartments.
The kitchens are completely equipped and provides 2 ceramic hotplates, toaster, microwave, coffee machine as well as towels.
In the living room there is satellite TV with sofas and seating accommodation.
The apartment have a pretty small bathroom with a shower and towels.
The tropical garden with palm trees, papaya trees, banana trees and many exotic flowers is surrounding the entire house. In the garden there are benches, table and chairs, sun loungers with parasol and shady places for relaxing and reading books.
The pool with the size of 6 x 4 m with a hollywood swing and more shady seating areas invite for refreshment and bathing fun for kids.
Garden, pool and BBQ are shared areas. Apartment B and C have each an own roof terrace.
For evenings at the BBQ you can use the well equipped grill house where the guests have fire wood and a gas BBQ place with water access for their use.

Apartment Padres A or B (1-2 persons) 60 euro/day
Apartment Padres C (1-2 persons) 50 euro/day
With the house we offer an inexpensive rental car .
For each additional person are charged 12 euro/per night.
The final cleaning is included in the price as well as all further costs of the house.
